The Sagehead

I grew up in a gardening family. I started collecting cacti and progressed to many other types of plants. I have travelled all over the place looking for plants but my big passion is Salvia’s. I have amassed a collection of nearly 600 different Salvia’s. My garden has featured on Gardeners World. As well as keeping my ever-growing collection of plants I am Head Gardener for the Whitbread Family’s Southill Estate. I look after around 50 acres of formal gardens. I am also a florist and look after the family’s floristry for events. I also breed my own plants, mostly Salvia’s. I create Salvia ‘Cherry Lips’ which has been a top seller for many years.
